Phelps Grove Neighborhood Clean Up
The annual Phelps Grove Neighborhood Clean Up will take place May 30, 2026, 8am - 12pm.
MSU Parking Lot #22, Grand St, Springfield, MO
(E Normal St and S Kings Ave)
Accepted Items:
Furniture, Household Trash, Building Materials, Mattresses
Yard Waste / Brush: Limbs (must be under 4 feet and under 6 inches in diameter), Leaves (must be unbagged when placed in dumpster). *No treated wood
Recycle: Scrap metal, Cardboard (clean, dry and flat), Bicycles, Electronics: TVs and Monitors
Items Not Accepted: Tires, Household chemicals, Oil, Paint, Fluorescent light bulbs, Hazardous items.

Curbside Pick Up - pick up is available to neighbors who cannot transport their items to the event. To schedule a pick up, please email HelpPhelpsGrove@gmail.com
* Include the name of the resident, address, description of item(s) to be picked up including size of the load (for brush), and contact info in case of questions. Items must be curbside by 8 AM on the day of the clean up.
* A donation is suggested. Donations can be cash or check. All donations go to the Phelps Neighborhood Association.

Join us for an afternoon of fun. All members of the Phelps Grove Neighborhood are welcome. Yard games, giveaways, cake. Food provided by Bambinos Cafe on Delmar.
*Please bring a side dish or dessert.
